Overview
We are hiring a remote Project Manager / Admin resource to support a U.S.-based general contractor.
The role will focus on project coordination, subcontractor follow-ups, documentation, and administrative support so the client can focus on estimating and business development.
Key Responsibilities
– Project mobilization after contract award
– Sending award notices to subcontractors
– Collecting Certificates of Insurance (COI)
– Preparing project schedules and tracking deadlines
– Handling RFIs, submittals, and documentation
– Coordinating with subcontractors and the superintendent
– Managing billing documentation and tracking invoices
– Data entry and maintaining project logs
– Assisting with bid invitations and bid leveling
– Reviewing plans and identifying trades involved
– Following up with subcontractors for job walks and bids
– Maintaining organized project files (Google Drive / Procore / Bluebeam etc.)
Required Skills
– Experience in the U.S. construction industry preferred
– Understanding of project management workflow
– Familiar with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and mobilization
– Ability to read construction drawings (preferred)
– Good English communication

– Excel / Google Sheets
