Key Responsibilities

– Review plumbing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
– Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs from project plans
– Prepare detailed plumbing estimates and proposals
– Work closely with the General Manager during the bidding process
– Complete and organize internal estimating forms and proposal templates
– Ensure bids are fully prepared and ready for final management review before submission
– Maintain and update bid tracking systems for incoming and outgoing proposals
– Adapt to company-specific estimating workflows and internal systems
– Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

– Previous experience as a Plumbing Estimator
– Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and construction methods
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
– Excellent English communication skills
– Ability to work independently and within a structured workflow

– Bluebeam
– Other estimating and takeoff software/tools
