✔️ Plumbing Estimating

✔️ Roofing Estimating

✔️ Drywall & Interior Finishes

✔️ Commercial Garage Doors / Overhead Doors

✔️ Glazing, Storefront & Metal Works

✔️ Civil / Sitework Estimating

✔️ Concrete & Structural Steel

✔️ Commercial & Residential Construction

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents

• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Submit competitive bids within deadlines

• Manage multiple estimates and project scopes simultaneously

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in U.S. construction estimating

• Strong understanding of blueprints and construction documents

• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and similar estimating tools

• Good English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
