Microsoft 365 Certification or hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration is mandatory for this role.

◾ Location: E-11, Islamabad
◾ Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
◾ Work Time: US Time Zone

Your Role:

– Manage servers, networks, hardware & software.
– Provide technical support to employees onsite & remotely.
– Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
– Troubleshoot and optimize Windows, macOS, Linux systems.
– Assist with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

What We’re Looking For:

– 2+ years in IT support, system administration, or network management.
– Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting.
