JOB TITLE: GC Cost Estimator

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ Years

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced GC Cost Estimator with direct US client exposure to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing both residential and commercial construction projects from initial bidding through execution. This role requires strong estimating capabilities, multi-trade knowledge, and excellent client communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects

• Perform quantity take-offs and scope analysis

• Manage the full bidding process from initial review to proposal submission

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing across multiple trades

• Communicate directly with US clients for meetings, revisions, and clarifications

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents

• Track project budgets and assist with cost control during execution

• Ensure timely submission of bids and project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a GC Cost Estimator

• Direct experience working with US clients (one-on-one communication required)

• Experience in both residential and commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of multiple trades

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
