Hiring – GC Estimators oil and gas (Texas Projects)

Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced GC Estimators to join our team for U.S.-based projects, specifically in the State of Texas. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in Trades, Oil & Gas, and Industrial construction projects, and be confident in preparing accurate and detailed estimates based on project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Trades, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate bids.
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure estimates meet client expectations.
Prepare detailed BOQs, labor/material breakdowns, and cost summaries.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in cost data and estimating logs.
Work on U.S. timelines and provide timely submissions to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

Prior experience working as a GC Estimator for U.S. construction firms.
Strong understanding of Texas construction standards and project workflows (preferred).
Proficiency in estimating tools/software is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze drawings, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive estimates independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
Team player with strong coordination and documentation abilities.

Location: Islamabad (Onsite – E11 Office)
Shift: Night Shift (aligned with U.S. CST working hours)
Project Type: U.S. General Contracting projects focused on oil & gas, industrial, and trade scopes.
