Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Façade Estimator to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for façade, cladding, glazing, and curtain wall projects, ensuring competitive bids and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of façade systems and experience in construction estimation.Key Responsibilities:
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for façade works.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for façade, cladding, glazing, and aluminum works.
Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), tender submissions, and cost breakdowns.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to finalize estimates.
Monitor market prices for materials, labor, and subcontract services.
Support project negotiations and value engineering.
Maintain estimation records and cost databases for future projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation, specifically in façade, glazing, or cladding projects.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum, glass, and cladding materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local and international façade standards.
Experience with design-build projects.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
