Location: Remote – Eastern Standard Time (USA Projects)Shift Timing: Eastern Standard Time (EST)Type: Full-Time

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Administrator with 3–5+ years of U.S. construction experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in general construction, tenant improvements, private works, commercial projects (including ground-ups and renovations), and residential projects. This position requires someone who is technically skilled as well as administratively strong, with the ability to handle estimating, bid coordination, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple construction projects remotely (private, commercial, and residential)
Handle project planning, scheduling, and budget management
Prepare and review bids, estimates, and scopes of work
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain and evaluate bids
Ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards, safety codes, and best practices
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Provide leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of proven U.S. experience in project management
Strong background in general construction, tenant improvements, private works, commercial ground-ups, renovations, and residential projects
Estimating and bidding experience required
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders remotely
Comfortable working in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
