Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy, and self‑driven assistant to support the Social & CRM Lead in executing CRM strategy, automations, content workflows, and client engagement. If you love optimizing systems and have an eye for design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & Automation Support
• Manage and maintain CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Monday.com, Asana, GrowthHub, and ActiveCampaign
• Build, test, and monitor automation workflows and email sequences
• Segment contacts, tag appropriately, and manage pipelines for follow‑ups
• Set up and troubleshoot integrations using Zapier

Client Experience & Project Coordination:

• Assist in creating landing pages, lead magnets, and email opt‑in forms
• Support onboarding workflows for clients, communities, or course participants
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables using tools like Asana or Monday
• Social Media, Design & Content Support:
• Help plan, schedule, and track social media content
• Design branded graphics and promotional materials using Canva
• Coordinate between design and copy teams to produce ready‑to‑post content
• Assist with light copywriting, especially around wellness, productivity, and mental health

Reporting & Optimization:

• Produce weekly reports on CRM campaigns and social media performance
• Analyze customer journeys to identify drop‑off points and opportunities
• Track lead sources, conversion rates, and automation effectiveness

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency with CRM tools: GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Familiarity with project management tools: Monday.com, Asana
• Working knowledge of Zapier (or willingness to learn fast)
• Strong command of Canva — design social media graphics, PDFs, presentations
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
