Position: SEO & Content Specialist

Reports To: Manager – Client Marketing

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The SEO & Content Specialist is responsible for driving client visibility, engagement, and lead generation through search engine optimization, strategic content creation, and digital marketing execution. This role requires proactive communication with clients, timely delivery of tasks, and collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO for client websites.
  • Implement link-building strategies and track performance.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare SEO performance reports.


Content Development

  1. Write and edit blogs, website copy, and SEO-driven articles.
  2. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create integrated content.
  3. Ensure content aligns with each client’s brand voice and goals.
  4. Maintain content calendars and meet weekly publishing deadlines.


Client Account Management

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Attend scheduled client calls and respond promptly to queries.
  • Manage campaign deliverables and ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to execute client strategies.


Reporting & Communication

  • Provide weekly progress reports on SEO and content performance.
  • Document work completed in task sheets/project management tools.
  • Communicate proactively about delays, challenges, or client escalations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO and content writing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

  • Improvement in client SEO rankings and traffic.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality, error-free content.
