About the Role

Ezyteams is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable results across all digital channels. This role requires a seasoned marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multi-channel campaign execution, and has a strong track record of driving growth through performance marketing, SEO, email, and content strategy.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing full-funnel digital marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences. This role is both strategic and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee and optimize campaigns across channels including:
  • Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc.)
  • SEO (technical and content strategy)
  • Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
  • Programmatic, Display & Retargeting
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI through data-driven campaign decisions.
  • Lead performance reporting, tracking, and analysis using Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and other tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and agency partners when applicable.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  •  (Master’s degree is a plus.)
  • 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and growth.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (both technical and content-based).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user journey analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or HubSpot.
  • Experience working with international/global campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and data integration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Segment).
