ezyteams is a USA-based offshoring and outsourcing consultancy specializing in managing recruiting, training, and overseeing remote employees so businesses can focus on growth. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our client base in the US. This night-shift role involves generating and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and driving our sales pipeline. Ideal candidates have experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry and are skilled in outreach and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research US-based businesses needing offshoring and outsourcing services.
Execute targeted LinkedIn, email, and cold-call campaigns to connect with potential clients.
Evaluate prospects based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with company services.
Set up meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
Record all interactions, maintain up-to-date lead data, and track progress in the CRM system.
Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective lead-generation strategies.
Monitor and report metrics, including outreach activities, lead conversions, and scheduled meetings.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the BPO or offshoring industry.
Proven ability to work night shifts, targeting US-based clients effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client engagement.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and outreach targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset to drive results.
