Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is critical in driving the company's growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels.
2. Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients and introduce our BPO services.
3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
7. Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and meeting schedules.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within a BPO or similar industry.
3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
5. Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
