Role Overview
You will be working with cold data lists, making outbound calls, and gathering essential information from potential sellers/buyers. Your job is to identify motivated prospects, ask the right qualifying questions, document accurate details, and set appointments for the agent or investor to close.
You act as the first point of contact, ensuring only quality leads are passed forward—making the client’s closing process smoother and faster.
Key Requirements
• Strong background in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
