Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Recruiter with expertise in both technical and non-technical recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles, including software engineering, data science, product management, marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment trends, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Ability to uniquely source talent from online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and social media) or through self directly to attract high-quality candidates for roles ranging from software developers to marketing professionals.
  • Technical Recruitment: Partner with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and source candidates with expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), DevOps, AI/ML, or other relevant domains.
  • Non-Technical Recruitment: Collaborate with business units to fill roles in marketing, sales, finance, HR, and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a positive employer brand.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective interview processes tailored to each role.
  • ATS Management: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable) to track candidate pipelines, generate reports, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values through job postings, career fairs, and social media to attract top talent.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Studies, Human Resources Management.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, marketers, or sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycles) is a plus.


Skills:

  • Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.). Must have strong networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to articulate in presentation and comprehend candidate requirements.
  • Ability to assess technical and cultural fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of recruitment experience in a technological company or BPO industry
  • Should have technical and non-technical recruitment skills
  • Demonstrable ability to recruit talent seamlessly relevant to requirements shared by the business development team.
