Position: Project Manager (Architect)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with an architectural background to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception through completion.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with architectural design knowledge to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the US construction and architectural industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget, and timeline.

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review architectural designs and drawings for compliance with codes, regulations, and best practices.

• Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep projects on track.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including presenting project updates and reports.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee procurement processes and contract administration.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and project team members.

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting architectural projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within architectural or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of US building codes, zoning laws, ADA standards, and other relevant regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
