Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in construction and a proven track record of working with US-based clients? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and coordinating construction projects during night shift hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Liaise with US-based clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.

  • Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.

  • Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during night shift hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – Pakistan Time). *Subject to client availability.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
