We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources operations during the night shift. This role is critical in managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior experience in the BPO/offshoring industry and expertise in technical recruitment are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, with a focus on technical roles for the BPO/offshoring industry.

  • Utilize advanced recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify top talent.

  • Address employee concerns and foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including reviews and development plans, to enhance employee growth.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, assisting in the development and communication of HR guidelines.

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance team capabilities.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Generate HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and ensure smooth operations during night shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the BPO/offshoring industry, with a focus on technical recruitment.

  • Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

  • Ability to manage and support HR operations during night shifts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in HR tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse teams.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
