Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced GC Estimators to join our team for U.S.-based projects, specifically in the State of Texas. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in Trades, Oil & Gas, and Industrial construction projects, and be confident in preparing accurate and detailed estimates based on project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Trades, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate bids.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure estimates meet client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs, labor/material breakdowns, and cost summaries.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in cost data and estimating logs.
  • Work on U.S. timelines and provide timely submissions to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a GC Estimator for U.S. construction firms.
  • Strong understanding of Texas construction standards and project workflows (preferred).
  • Proficiency in estimating tools/software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze drawings, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive estimates independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Team player with strong coordination and documentation abilities.

  • Location: Islamabad (Onsite – E11 Office)
  • Shift: Night Shift (aligned with U.S. CST working hours)
  • Project Type: U.S. General Contracting projects focused on oil & gas, industrial, and trade scopes.
