Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality design work across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for various media, including digital, print, social media, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with clients to create engaging graphics for campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.

• Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools to produce high-quality designs.

• Prepare and format files for print and digital publication, ensuring all designs meet production specifications.

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 3 years or more as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in web design, motion graphics, or UX/UI design.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of web development.

• Photography and photo editing skills are a plus.
