We are seeking experienced Drafters with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in architectural drafting, excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience in producing high-quality renderings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD
Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop design concepts
Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and markups to produce technical drawings
Create presentation-quality renderings for client and internal use
Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure all documents meet project specifications and standards
Communicate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drafter in architectural or construction settings
Proficient in AutoCAD and general architectural drafting standards
Hands-on experience with rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D modeling and BIM software (Revit, Rhino, etc.)
Knowledge of local building codes and construction processes
