Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining strong communication with Virtual Assistants (VAs) and clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently, and fostering long-term satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities
– Stay in regular contact with VAs to provide guidance, support, and resolve operational queries.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with both VAs and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
– Monitor performance and feedback from VAs and clients, escalating issues when necessary.
– Document interactions, queries, and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
– Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer and VA experiences.
– Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
– 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or support roles.
– Proven experience working with clients in the US market is required.
– Excellent proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
– Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
– Experience working with CRM tools or project management platforms is a plus.
