Are you an experienced Cost Estimator with a background in concrete and framing for US-based construction projects? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with US clients, and ensuring cost efficiency during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and framing scopes of work.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with US-based clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Analyze project budgets, timelines, and proposals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Prepare and present cost reports, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers to track costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in concrete and framing for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of US construction industry standards and cost structures.
• Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).
• Proficiency in estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates during night shift hours.
