The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in the BPO/offshoring industry, excels in LinkedIn and email outreach, and has worked with US clients. Night shift experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in lead generation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to connect with US-based clients and businesses.
Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships.
Identify and research potential clients in the US.
Maintain an organized database of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business development goals.
Provide detailed updates and performance reports on outreach activities.
Qualifications
3-4 years of proven experience in business development within the BPO or offshoring industry.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach strategies.
Prior experience working night shifts, particularly targeting US-based clients and businesses.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a professional US audience.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
