Role Overview

A senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end marketing ownership, combining business development, client success, strategic marketing, and creative direction. The role serves as a core bridge between U.S. clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring growth, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through discovery calls, proposals, and deal closures

  • Manage and retain high-value U.S. client relationships

  • Define, plan, and oversee digital marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Act as Creative Director by reviewing and approving designs, ads, and branding assets

  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing teams

  • Track KPIs, campaign performance, reporting, and revenue alignment

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Business Development and Marketing Leadership

  • Proven experience handling U.S.-based clients

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)

  • Hands-on understanding of digital marketing and creative workflows

  • Comfortable working onsite during the night shift
