Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 2D Architect with expertise in producing high-quality drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in delivering architectural designs and has dealt with clients from California, USA. If you’re passionate about architecture and proficient in industry-standard tools, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and ensure technical accuracy.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design compliance.
• Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and advancements in design software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience creating architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (Candidates will share portfolio for evaluation).
• A degree in Architecture.
• 3 plus years of post qualification experience with a USA based client or business ideally from California.
• Proficient in California building and construction codes.
• Proficient understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
