Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer/Renderer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering techniques, with a passion for bringing concepts to life through high-quality visuals. This role will involve collaborating with other designers, project managers, and clients to produce stunning 3D representations for various projects, including e.g., architecture, product design, animation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and renderings based on provided semantics, scope of work, sketches, concepts, and specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and visual presentations.

• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual content.

• Optimize models for performance and rendering efficiency while maintaining visual fidelity.

• Prepare and present design concepts and renderings to clients and stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D design technology.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 4 years or more with international clients in 3D modeling and rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).

• Knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift) and texturing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation and visual effects.

• Familiarity with VR/AR technologies.

• Basic understanding of CAD software for architectural projects.
