Position Overview:
EzyTeams is client-focused title company seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. In this key support role, you’ll work closely with our escrow officers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and proficient with SoftPro software, bringing a strong understanding of escrow procedures and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Open, manage, and close escrow transactions in compliance with company policies and state regulations
Prepare escrow documents, title commitments, and settlement statements using SoftPro
Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title officers to facilitate transactions
Handle disbursements, funding, and recording of documents with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain organized and compliant transaction files throughout the escrow process
Monitor key deadlines and proactively follow up to prevent delays or issues
Provide responsive, professional support to clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an escrow assistant or related role within the title/escrow industry
Proficiency in SoftPro software is required
Strong knowledge of escrow and title procedures, documentation, and compliance standards
Excellent organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a professional demeanor and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
