EzyTeams is hiring for a US client who is specifically looking for someone who has experience as executive assistant. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and good in communication skills.

 

Job Summary

As the Support Admin / Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and supporting both internal operations and client communication. This role requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Organize, manage, and prioritize the CEO’s email inbox
  •  Send, receive, and follow up on emails and phone calls with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  •  Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls
  •  Maintain and update the CEO’s calendar, ensuring meetings are well-organized and prioritized
  •  Draft and send marketing emails to clients and leads
  •  Prepare basic reports, summaries, or presentations as needed
  •  Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on tasks or deadlines
  •  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  •  Perform general administrative duties as needed

 

Qualifications

  •  Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar)
  •  Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  •  Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  •  Experience in construction, manufacturing, or custom
  • product industries is a plus
