We are currently hiring a Lead Generation Expert with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance-driven lead acquisition strategies. This role requires a technically skilled marketer who is data-driven, creative, and highly organized.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Lead Generation
Build and manage campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Execute Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Dynamic Ads, and Lead Gen Form campaigns
Utilize targeting filters such as job title, industry, seniority, company size, and remarketing lists
Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate
Google Ads Management
Launch and manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner
Write and test high-converting ad copy and extensions
Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Monitor performance metrics such as Quality Score, CPC, ROAS, and optimize accordingly
Reporting & Analysis
Create weekly and monthly reports using Google Looker Studio or Excel/Google Sheets
Run A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
Analyze user behavior with heatmaps and session replays using tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
Collaboration & Optimization
Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business goals
Suggest landing page improvements (using tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or ClickFunnels)
Automate lead flows
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn and Google Ads
Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Familiarity with landing page builders and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Skilled in ad copywriting, visual storytelling, and understanding user psychology
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects with attention to detail
Bonus: Knowledge of Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and remarketing strategies
