Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist (US based)

Time: 9pm – 5am (Night shift)

Location: Islamabad E11

Work mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, including account setup, product training, and support.

Understanding client needs and goals to tailor onboarding plans that ensure successful product adoption.

Acting as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing product demonstrations or tours.

Coordinating communication between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless integration.

Creating and managing personalized onboarding plans that align with company goals and client expectations.

Monitoring client progress and engagement during onboarding to address any roadblocks early.

Providing training to new customer service representatives on product knowledge and onboarding processes in some cases.

Skills and Competencies:

Bachelors degree in management or marketing is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.

Customer-centric mindset focused on client success and satisfaction.

Ability to solve problems efficiently and work under pressure.

Technical proficiency with CRM, onboarding software, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.

Analytical and goal-oriented approach to improve client experience and retention.
