We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist with US based experience who excels at SEO, content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation through Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Email Marketing. This is an on-site role that combines organic content strategy with paid campaign execution to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Marketing & Content Creation
Write SEO-optimized content for landing pages, blogs, and core website pages.
Create engaging and brand-aligned posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Develop and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices.
Optimize and refresh website content regularly for search and conversion.
Track and report SEO performance and social engagement.
Lead Generation & Paid Ads:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Build and test lead-generation funnels using landing pages, forms, and tracking pixels.
Write compelling ad copy aligned with target audience pain points and intent.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align lead quality with business objectives.
Implement UTM tracking and support with CRM campaign tagging.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in Lead Generation for US companies.
2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media, and content marketing.
1+ year experience running email and paid lead gen campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
Proficient with SEO and ad tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instantly. ai and alike.
Strong copywriting, research, and editing skills.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and self-managed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Bonus Points For:
Understanding of offshore staffing or B2B service industries.
Familiarity with AEC, Insurance, or IT sectors.
Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema, crawlability).
Experience with Slack, Jira, Zoom, Zoho CRM or other management tools.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
