About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Construction with a solid background in construction, architecture, or project management, and a deep understanding of the U.S. construction market. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and capable of translating technical project details into clear value propositions for potential clients.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English with a neutral accent, as the role involves constant communication with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs across commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. building codes, market trends, and construction innovations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. construction workflows, terminology, and project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience dealing with U.S.-based contractors, developers, and construction firms.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or construction plans is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and construction sales platforms is a plus.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a BDM specifically with US based clients.
  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Experience in construction, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
