Job Overview

We want to enroll a capable, seasoned sales representative who has experience as a Sales Development Representative and has worked on international campaigns, primarily businesses based out of the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide value to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic about building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) will be appreciated.

Education:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
 

  • 3+ years of B2B, B2C and Direct to client sales experience.
  • Able to provide results from previous experiences.
  • Ability to comprehend client requirements and develop the best suitable sales process.
  • Quick thinking ability to adjust the sales pitch on the go.

Skills:
 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and businesses.
