About the Role:

Urgently seeking an experienced Public Adjuster Estimator with expertise in Xactimate with US clients to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a qualified background in estimating fire, smoke, and water damage claims for residential and commercial properties.
This role focuses on maximizing the policyholder’s claim benefits by creating detailed and accurate estimates that reflect the full scope of necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates for fire, smoke, and water damage claims, including both interior and exterior damage.
• Write estimates for Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS) and restoration work.
• Collaborate with public adjusters, policyholders, and contractors to ensure estimates reflect the full scope of legitimate repairs.
• Review and analyze damage reports, photos, and other documentation to create accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Submit .ESX files for review and make revisions as needed.
• Ensure estimates align with policyholder interests, maximizing the claim benefit rather than minimizing expenses.
• Stay updated on industry standards, pricing, and best practices for restoration and repair work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of US based clients experience using Xactimate for fire, smoke, and water damage estimates.
• Must be able to work in night shift (US Based Timings)
• Strong understanding of public adjuster processes and the ability to advocate for policyholders.
• Proven experience writing estimates for Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS) and restoration work.
• Ability to interpret damage reports, photos, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with US building codes, restoration standards, and insurance claim processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, line-item estimates.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with adjusters, policyholders, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with public adjusters or in a policyholder advocacy role.
• Knowledge of policy language and the ability to identify covered damages.
• Familiarity with supplementing claims to ensure all necessary repairs are included.
