Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in construction and a proven track record of working with US-based clients? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and coordinating construction projects during night shift hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Liaise with US-based clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).
Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during night shift hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – Pakistan Time). *Subject to client availability.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
